Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pest control services provided by City Wide Pest Control, Inc. ("City Wide," "we," "us," or "our") and your access to our website. By scheduling service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

City Wide Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest management services throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. Services include, but are not limited to, general pest control, scorpion control, termite treatment and inspections, rodent control, bee and wasp removal, spider control, mosquito treatment, and eco-friendly pest management.

All pest control services are performed by state-licensed technicians under Arizona Office of Pest Management (OPM) License #2317. Service scope, frequency, and treatment methods are determined at our discretion based on the pest conditions observed at your property.

2. Service Agreements and Cancellation

Residential Services

Residential pest control services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required. You may cancel service at any time by calling (602) 944-0099. Cancellations must be received before your next scheduled service date to avoid a service charge for that visit.

Commercial Services

Commercial pest control agreements may include contract terms based on the scope of service, regulatory requirements, and documentation needs. Contract terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Early termination of commercial contracts may be subject to fees as outlined in that agreement.

One-Time Services

One-time services, including termite treatments, WDIIR inspections, and emergency bee removal, are non-refundable once performed.

3. Service Warranty

City Wide offers a 21-day warranty on monthly residential pest control service. If pests that were treated return within 21 days of your scheduled service, we will re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty applies to the specific pests treated during the most recent service visit
• The property must be accessible for re-treatment within the warranty period
• The warranty does not apply to new pest infestations, structural pest conditions (such as active termite colonies), or re-infestations caused by neighboring properties
• Specialty services (termite treatment, rodent exclusion, builder pretreats) carry separate warranty terms outlined at time of service

4. Customer Responsibilities

To receive effective pest control service, you agree to:

• Provide safe, reasonable access to the service areas of your property
• Disclose known pest conditions, recent infestations, and any prior pest treatments
• Follow any pre-treatment or post-treatment instructions provided by our technician
• Keep pets and children away from treated areas for the time period specified by the technician
• Maintain your property in a manner that does not create conditions conducive to re-infestation (e.g., eliminating standing water, securing food sources)

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Invoices for commercial accounts are due within 30 days of the service date. Accounts more than 60 days past due may be subject to late fees and suspension of service.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice for ongoing service agreements.

6. Access to Property

By scheduling service, you grant City Wide Pest Control and our licensed technicians permission to access your property, including the exterior perimeter, garage, attic, crawl spaces, and other areas necessary to perform the agreed service. If access is denied or restricted, we reserve the right to skip that area and treat accessible areas only, without reduction in service charges.

7. Chemicals and Treatment Safety

All products used by City Wide are registered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and applied in accordance with their labels, which are the law. Our technicians use products that are effective against pests while minimizing risk to people, pets, and the environment when applied as directed. You are responsible for following all post-treatment instructions provided.

If you have specific health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities, please inform us before service is performed so we can select appropriate treatment options.

8. Limitation of Liability

City Wide Pest Control's liability for any claim arising from pest control services is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to property damage caused by pests, personal injury not resulting from our negligence, or loss of income.

City Wide does not guarantee complete elimination of all pests from a property. Pest control is a management service, not an absolute eradication. Environmental conditions, structural gaps, neighboring properties, and customer behavior all affect results.

9. Termite Warranty

Builder pretreats carry a 5-year warranty against subterranean termite activity in the treated zone, provided the structure remains unchanged and annual inspection access is granted. Residential and commercial termite treatment warranties are specified in the separate termite service agreement provided at the time of treatment.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any legal proceedings shall be brought in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
